I purchased a chrome part for my jeep grand Cherokee on e-bay. It was packaged in a box and wrapped in a foam wrap. I pulled it out of the foam wrap and box. It already had 2 scratches on it. So they sent it out with scratches on it. I went and requested a return for damaged item. The next day I received an email asking for pictures of the scratches and the box. If I could give them zero stars I would. They failed to diagnose a bad battery (6 months old, bought there, under warranty) and as a result I was left stranded with a battery smoking, stinking of rotten eggs, too hot to touch, 50 miles from the place. When I took the battery back there was no offer to do anything (not that I'd ever have them touch my car again) but a kind word would have been nice. I didn't really expect anything. Stay away.
