True to their name they were literally minutes away! From the time I placed my call to my new hot water heater being installed was less than 4 hours. Tim and his helper did a great job and I'm very happy with the service!
Tim was excellent! Woke up in the morning to a cold house with family visiting from out of town. Called these guys in the morning and Tim came within 2 hours and diagnosed the problem. He even went the extra mile to leave and get a part and come back that same day and fix it because he understood the situation I was in. This kind of professionalism and empathy is truly one of a kind!
I've seen a customer state that customer service is important and they missed the mark...I vehemently disagree! I've been working with Tim and addition, now Noah since 2010! They have NEVER missed the mark! I am a 23 year retired USAF/CMSGT and current federal government employee... customer service is essential and one of our Core Values...Tim and Noah not only exceeds that expectation, they too have a rare quality, Integrity. They have my unwavering loyalty.
Great service!!! My AC stopped working, on a holiday weekend. I called and Tim was able to come and fix it. He took his time, was thorough, and explained everything. He fixed the issue in not time and got the air working again. I definitely will be a returning customer. Great value for great work!
