My AC unit wasn’t running, they came out and told me I needed a whole new system. I purchased a new system in 2019. They said the compressor was shot, that it burned the electrical and that I had to replace the unit. Then they proceeded to say that I had to replace the entire system. They also blamed it on the Biden administration? I called another company and it was the capacitor and they fixed it. They are either incompetent or scammers…either way do not use them! Great overall experiance. Needed a furnace replaced and the job was done quick and clean. Reasonably priced. My 2nd time using them....will continue to use them going forward.

Great service with fair price. We had both an HVAC and water heater fail within a month. Both times we received immediate response despite it being on the weekend both times. He came immediately and had us up in a day or two. Well worth "the call"!

Our old HVAC system died out of nowhere, and Minutes Away saved the day. They came out the very next day, figured out the problem right away, and got the parts moving immediately. Tim and his son ripped out the old unit and had the brand new one up and running the same day. After a week of cool, comfortable air, we can already tell this system is miles better than our old 17-year-old clunker. Fast, efficient, and top-notch work — can’t recommend them enough.

True to their name they were literally minutes away! From the time I placed my call to my new hot water heater being installed was less than 4 hours. Tim and his helper did a great job and I'm very happy with the service!
