Unreliable! I have used with this company for glass replacement in the past, and I had a good experience with them. I was excited to have some new business for them. This time they gave me a reasonable estimate to repair 2 windows, which I approved. I asked them for photos of the work as I am not local to the property, but they declined despite doing this for me on our previous order. Finally, I offered to drive out to the property (30 minute drive for me), but instead the owner said we aren't a good fit and canceled the app... read more
