great color printing – Fantastic color printing and good service was my experience. I have taken in many images that I had scanned, saved onto a thumb drive. Most were original paintings and oil pastel sketches, and their copies ended up looking like the originals. They have a great color copier.
Disappointing Experience – I ordered business cards that were supposed to be sent back for proofing within 2 days at the Halsey location. When I stopped back 10 days later to inquire about my order after having no contact whatsoever from this business, the manager was unapologetic and rude. Their company policy of "excellent, professional and friendly" customer service certainly has not been my experience and I will NOT be back.
