Getting my shingles shot here has been one of the WORST decisions ever. Though the clinic is covered under BCBS, the nurse on duty who gave the shot was apparently not. Who does that? If the facility is in network,, how can the people not be?? This is a walk-in group, so you see whoever is working. No one said anything to me about not being covered by my insurance, and I'm left with a $300 bill. MinuteClinic was asked to re-bill using the facility number, and BCBS would pay. NOPE! Katie was the sweetest, most caring and attentive practitioner I have seen. She was thorough, patient and kind. Even though I was at my worst, I enjoyed seeing her today. Well worth the wait and would definitely recommend. Thanks Katie!

I was a little flustered at first because I couldn’t get checked in. But the APRN was super nice and patient. She saw my 3 year old and was able to address our needs

After trying 7 different urgent cares on a Saturday morning to get my daughter seen for a ear infection, my husband was able to book us an appointment here within a hour! Wait time was only 10 minutes and I cannot say enough good things about NP Katherine Cooper! She was kind, treated my daughter as if her own child and made sure we were equipped with everything we needed to treat her double ear infection and respiratory issues.
