NP, Rinon was a bit rude to me during my second visit for TB skin test today on 10/27/25. She explained a procedure to me as if I was stupid, with the phrase, “does that make sense?” In a condescending way, she was also unapologetic when late for my appointment the second time. She later tries to make up for it by rushing through the procedure, almost hurting me with the needle in the process by justifying because she was late. My wife and I had scheduled appointments for COVID boosters at the Minute Clinic on Arden Ave. rather than the pharmacy counter due to the recent CVS policy change. We received our vaccines, but received no print outs of the name, lot, and manufacturer of the shots as we normally would get from the pharmacy. Later that morning we received Visit Summary emails from CVS indicating that we both had received COVID19 and Flu shots. We had not received Flu shots.
