The doctor does a good job, but MANAGEMENT seriously needs to coordinate and schedule appointments so that one person can serve customers on time. When scheduling an appointment one should not show up to see that there are seven people waiting to see the doctor!
The nurse practitioner was very thorough explained the issue clearly and prescribed the medication and checked my vitals was very polite and professional
This Minute Clinic is exceptional, especially when Alia is there helping patients. Schedule your time beforehand, so that you're not waiting. Otherwise, I've always received fabulous care here.
I went in and they were over 45 minutes late to begin with. She then completely misdiagnosed me which led to more serious complications. I would NOT recommend at all. After getting a second option I learned at the time of my visit I was in mild hypoxemia. The NP on staff knew my heart rate was high, but never tested my oxygen levels. She never tested for any common respiratory illnesses either. She gave me anti fungal ear drops and told me to take Sudafed. I stayed in mild hypoxemia for 3 more days due to her misdiagnosis.
