The elderly Caucasian woman wasn’t welcoming or friendly. I don’t know her name but she was nurse practitioner and I asked her to print my daughter shot records and she refused and told me to go website. I can tell she hates her job and has no passion for career as if she’s been doing it too long. My aunt is an rn and exemplies compassion and empathy towards her patients and this lady clearly needs some guidance on.

There is no one to help you if you need it. It’s incredibly lacking in human interaction. No one comes out to ask if you need help if you’ve checked in. It feels very weird and I can see why these stores are constantly closing. People come here to get help and they don’t even open the door or let you know if they are in the office. It’s very weird. WE Are at a junction with Healthcare that no one cares, doctors are making a special club called concierge monthly annualoutrageous fees in top of what you pay for health insurance and simply no one cares, they change policies last minute, cancel appointments last minute, patient in pain is left with either unnecessary ER visits with high deductibles or have to look for a last minute place, it happened to me, luckily minute clinic came through and had appointments available I wish they had extended hours, seems government do... read more
