I waited all day- SEVERAL hours to see someone virtually and as soon as I got the email to join the virtual visit it was immediately cancelled with zero explanation.
I had an appointment at the clinic today on Aug 7 at 10 am and got there 20 min earlier as requested. The provider was 25 min late for the appointment and when he arrived, he told me he was going to see a different family before me who was a walk in, because they were registered with the clinic check in .In that case my time to schedule appointment 2 hours earlier was just lost and no meter for the "doctor "..My entire face is swollen and my eyes are so inflamed and swollen that I can barely see.
