I was sick, went in, and got taken care of. The nurse practitioner was helpful, courteous, and most of all, competent. Faster than urgent care places too.
Kerry was absolutely wonderful. She tested me right then and there had answers right away. Asked amazing questions even personal ones to get to know me. She made it personal instead of a routine sick visit. I took my baby and she was very sweet with him interacted with him she was great! Got in right away!
Appointment at 4:10 pm. Arrived at 4:17pm. They couldn’t continue and apparently the appointment got auto cancelled. Less than 15 minutes of grace period is sad and thus the 1 star.
I recently went for a drive-through PCR test, and I must say that the service was terrible. The pharmacist were incompetent and simply did not seem to care about their job or customers. When I arrived, the pharmacist just handed me a bag of testing kits and disappeared. The instruction material provided was not clear, and when I tried to reach out to them for assistance, no one comes out.
