Although the insurance covers Minute Clinic as a facility, the provider was not In-Network resulting in my insurance not covering the bill. No more Minite Clinic for me.

Worst customer service ever at this minute clinic! Two different times I made appointments for my 17 year old to go there. The first was a school physical so she could start taking CNA courses. Of course no one there answers the phone so I get corporate who tells me the fee and they do those types of physicals. I read off the type of tests and they say no problem.
