Quick and convenient
Need to change the name to 1 hour clinic. Everything from the app to signing in shows minutes or next person. Even the screen showed 1 person being seen and me being next. Yet someone who arrives after I waited 45 min sits down and gets seen before me. My guess is that im using Veteran insurance and it doesn't pay as much. Disappointing!
Going to the clinic is never fun and I was not looking forward to it because of how long it was going to take. That was not the experience I had. I walked in at 9:25 am and no one was there. I checked into the kiosk as a walk in patient. Mrs. Miller (Nurse Practitioner) immediately called me back and was friendly.
