One blond staff lady on Saturdays would rather be on her phone and making up excuses saying she can’t do anything because she’s not licensed for it rather than do her job
Staff was wonderful. I needed my ears checked out and they did a great job seeing me quickly, treating me, and resolving my issue. Highly recommend.
The check in was easy. The website helpful. Arrived early and only waited until the staff, thoughtfully, made sure the appointment before me was not coming. The technician professionally took my information, showed concern and explained the process. The APRN did the same. The follow up though is what was deserving of 5 stars. They made every effort to get in touch with me, check on me and ensure I was okay. Very pleased!
