The availability and ease of access truly stand out and have often been far more convenient than scheduling with my primary care provider. I’ve always felt well cared for, and the staff has consistently been prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly.

They are scammers, these people do not care about you! I was told that I would only be charged in house for the services I received and was later unexpectedly hit with a huge bill from a third party. (despite being told that I would not be charged separately) I tried opening a case and it was shut down by nurse practitioner Jennifer Carlson. She did not review or follow up on my case and just simply shut it without contacting me. Idk if its about money or these employees are just too lazy to complete their jobs to the extend... read more
