This review is for the Minute Clinic. We made an appointment for the college physical, brought everything we needed and then the dr. Told me they couldn’t do it because they were unable to assess a question that was asked. He also told me it would be $109. I told him he didn’t have to assess that question, if he was able to just do the rest (it was about lifting), and he refused. He was pretty flippant about it too.
I was disappointed with my visit. I went to the clinic because I had a severe sore throat, persistent cough, yellow nasal mucus, body aches, headache, and I felt very sick. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. Although I tested negative for COVID and the flu, I expected a more thorough evaluation, including considering other possible causes of my symptoms. Came for EarWax removal, I had used ear wax drops for 3 days before I came. Saw NP Salako, he flushed my borh ears and removed All Ear Wax! Very professional and Quick! Only negative, that I had to wait almost an hour to get in! So maybe check in earlier before u arrive!
Amazing clinic. This was our second time there, and the results were great both times highly recommend.
