I set an appt for 3:20 and they had me wait 30+ mins even after I set up an appt. The person who set this system up and only allowed 2 people to work while 4+ patients were waiting including a mans appt who I overheard that got cancelled at 2:00pm- he had to come to this location and wait for 1 hour+. Vanessa- the doctor who checked me in was very very nice. I felt bad for her though. She was being rushed by so many people. Kinda sucks. Management needs to step up.

My husband went there for a flu shot. Last year he paid $37 (with insurance). This year, same insurance, same place, flu shot was billed at $220, with insurance they wrote off a little over $100, so we were billed for $114. (We have a straight deductible plan.) When we called to complain to CVS, we found out the cash pay price if he hadn't have used insurance was $85. This is dysfunctional and unethical.
