Kim the NP at Cranberry Township MinuteClinic was wonderful and truly cares about you. She had gone above and beyond helping my husband and I when we were sick with the flu. Thanks CVS MinuteClinic for such a great experience when we needed it! 😊
While the care is appropriate, the CRNP is not. Showing up late and then telling us we would have an hour long wait even though there was no one waiting to be seen. We got there at opening. She said first appt was at 8:40, they open at 8:30. If she would have been on time (She came in at 8:32 and I watched her get the area ready) and ready to see patients at 8:30, we could have been seen right away. The sign says "Walk-Ins Welcome", but I guess they aren't ready to see patients until 10mins after opening. Probably won't be b... read more
