While the care is appropriate, the CRNP is not. Showing up late and then telling us we would have an hour long wait even though there was no one waiting to be seen. We got there at opening. She said first appt was at 8:40, they open at 8:30. If she would have been on time (She came in at 8:32 and I watched her get the area ready) and ready to see patients at 8:30, we could have been seen right away. Excellent alternative to Urgent care or the ER. Nurse practitioner was perfectly capable of addressing my issue and determining a solution
