I had a great experience at the MinuteClinic at the CVS in Cranberry Township on Freedom Road. It was close to closing time, but the nurse practitioner, Kim, fit me in. She did not make me feel rushed at all and thoroughly explained everything to me. She was compassionate and understood my concerns. I got my prescription filled quickly at the CVS pharmacy counter, and I was on my way in no time. I can’t say enough positive things about the nurse practitioner who saw me. I will be going back!
Kim the NP at Cranberry Township MinuteClinic was wonderful and truly cares about you. She had gone above and beyond helping my husband and I when we were sick with the flu. Thanks CVS MinuteClinic for such a great experience when we needed it! 😊
While the care is appropriate, the CRNP is not. Showing up late and then telling us we would have an hour long wait even though there was no one waiting to be seen. We got there at opening. She said first appt was at 8:40, they open at 8:30. If she would have been on time (She came in at 8:32 and I watched her get the area ready) and ready to see patients at 8:30, we could have been seen right away.
