Customer Service here sucks. Took my son for a physical and the lady charged me twice and now I'm fighting to get my money back. I need my refund. She argued with me about it not being charged twice but I definitely was I need to be refunded but the process is so difficult. Easy to take my money hard to get it back
The nurse practitioner Julia B. was so unbelievably rude and dismissive and I have never felt like such a burden when seeking help of any kind, let alone medical. I went into the MinuteClinic at 8:30, next available appt. Is 9:40 so I schedule it and wait. She has an appointment at 8:40, and I should be next because I am checked in already for my 9:40 and walk-ins are “always welcome”.
