The Test results were incorrect. The doctor made me swab myself for a UTI in the bathroom. When I asked to speak with someone about the matter they said they would call back and never did. I’m left with a 500$ bill for incorrect test results and no responsibility taken. DO NOT GO HERE. I called their 866 number and they closed the case and did nothing about it. Didn’t even follow up with a phone call to apologize. I asked for a refund and they are unwilling but yet admitted they made a mistake. 0 stars.
I got both my COVID and flu shots at the Minute Clinic with Teresa, and she was amazing! I didn’t even feel a pinch—her hand was so light. She made the whole process easy, and scheduling with her was simple. I would highly recommend everyone to get their shots here at CVS Pharmacy.
