Rebecca Maro is not competent. She was on a mission to fail my son’s sports physical. Kept asking questions trying to persuade my son to say he was fatigued or tired or out of breath when he ran, he kept saying no! I am never fatigued or tired or out of breath. Went deaf in my right ear last week, didn't fix itself so finally scheduled a visit. They had me hearing again in around 10 minutes :)
This was my second time using CVS MinuteClinic, I was hopeful and giving them a second chance after the disorganized disaster that was my first experience. We all know doctors are notorious for not-so-good “bedside manners” as my mother would say, so I’ve been prepared all my life for lukewarm medical professionals. This was a cold and business-like experience in the worst kind of way. No curiosity, no patience, no questions. Just a woman who thought she knew more about my body because she thought so. No thanks, never again.
