No call back. 15-30 minutes they were supposedly to call back. Zero contact Still has ear issues. Don’t understand why meds were prescribed for 5 days instead of the typical 10
Very easy and fast to get an appointment and see a Dr. I will definitely go to Minute clinics when I can instead of the Hospital!!
I visited this location to ask a simple question about pricing and services, but unfortunately the cashier’s behavior was very unprofessional. He was rude in the way he spoke to me and did not show basic respect while answering my questions. I also asked about a photo service, and instead of explaining properly, I was told to come back many hours later in an unfriendly manner. This experience was disappointing, and I hope management works on improving customer service and staff communication.
