I visited this location to ask a simple question about pricing and services, but unfortunately the cashier’s behavior was very unprofessional. He was rude in the way he spoke to me and did not show basic respect while answering my questions. I also asked about a photo service, and instead of explaining properly, I was told to come back many hours later in an unfriendly manner. This experience was disappointing, and I hope management works on improving customer service and staff communication.
Terribly service I had 10:20 am appointment when I got there all of a sudden im on a waiting list makes no sense!! So they tell me I have to wait for someone to cancel and I clearly went online and set my appointment for 10:20 am so I’m supposed to wait all morning and hope to be seen!
I made an appointment to be seen. Hot in when scheduled. Practioner really listened to me. She was able to prescribe me the meds I needed. Was in and out in short period of time
