I made an appointment day before, check in went smoothly. Ryan was my provider and he was just wonderful! Sympathetic to my symptoms, great listener, never made me feel uncomfortable. Overall a great experience for someone walking in with new symptoms I was so unsure of. Thank you, Ryan! (PS - I passed my test!🤓)
Flu symptoms and thought I’d try the clinic. Text says to head to clinic at 4:25. I’m in the lobby and get a call at 5:03 saying they will see me at 6:50. Felt sick so headed to the bathroom and saw this- it was time to leave. Not the place for me.
I saw Jen and she was so kind, patient and truly showed she cared for my health and the concerns I had. I work in HR and we have to know to ask questions, so I really appreciated that Jen asked questions and took her time to listen.
Quick appt. Easy to register. Provider was kind and thorough.
