scheduled a DOT physical took time off of work. Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. Waited until 35 minutes after my appointment before someone came to help me. Was then informed there was 45 minutes worth of paperwork that needed to be completed before they could see me. I registered for DOT physical so the paperwork should have been on their website so I could have completed it before the appointment. Provided my health insurance and Minute Clinic charged my card on file for the full amount of the visit. After contacting my insurance company CVS minute clinic never attempted to charge the insurance.
If you are military unfortunately the provider has no idea how to bill TriCare. I’ve been seeing multiple times that other minute clinics with no issues. Although the provider was super sweet, she Had no idea how to build my insurance, which is pretty disheartening considering it is clear that they take TRICARE. Unfortunately, wasted almost an hour
0/5 I am submitting this review to express my extreme disappointment with my recent MinuteClinic appointment. Before my appointment, Nurse Practitioner Ma. Lucia aligaen and I agreed that it would be acceptable for me to arrive between 6:30 p.m. and 6:45 p.m ( and confirmed that with an official cvs appointment) Based on that understanding, I checked in at approximately 6:33 p.m. When I arrived, I was informed that the provider had already left due to an alleged “emergency”.
