0/5 I am submitting this review to express my extreme disappointment with my recent MinuteClinic appointment. Before my appointment, Nurse Practitioner Ma. Lucia aligaen and I agreed that it would be acceptable for me to arrive between 6:30 p.m. and 6:45 p.m ( and confirmed that with an official cvs appointment) Based on that understanding, I checked in at approximately 6:33 p.m. When I arrived, I was informed that the provider had already left due to an alleged “emergency”. I walked in, used kiosk had a seat, and the procedure began. The nurse was very good and explained things well.
Did not have to wait to be seen was speedy and efficient and was able to get medication right after visit great experience especially with a sick child
