I walked in, used kiosk had a seat, and the procedure began. The nurse was very good and explained things well.
Did not have to wait to be seen was speedy and efficient and was able to get medication right after visit great experience especially with a sick child
Went in about a month ago for a rash on my arm, was told by the doctor that it looked like a cut that had gotten infected the problem with that diagnosis I didn't cut myself nor does it look like a cut.. but she insisted that is what it was.She prescribed some pills and cream neither of which helped going here was a total waste of time and $$. I will try my luck at an urgent care.
I went in for a sore throat. Registration and wait time were a bit more than i expected but the NP who attended to me, Ma Aligaen, was worth the wait: very professional, thorogh, patient and kind.
