I love CVS and its clinic usually. However, this time when I made an appointment for the flu shot at 11:30 but had to wait till 11:53. And I heard a staff saying it’s like this everyday. Also there was along line for prescriptions. I know you are capable of doing much better.
Feeling greatful! I went to Minute clinic and was seen by a Nurse Practitioner. He was able to resolve my needs in 10 minutes! Josh had great bedside manner and was very attentive! No wait BUT that person "nurse" we saw would have the best day if rhey saw zero people! Likes working alone and not being bothered. Thats the total vibe we got.
