The one nurse working the clinic herself did an amazing job and although she was alone she handled everything and everyone with care and empathy. She spoke to me with kind words and her questions and conversation were comforting and felt as if I personally knew her. She explained the procedure throughly and gave me time to question the after care and what to do next in my journey. Had to go in for titers and vaccines- NP Sarah was quick and great!
Went in for a sick visit and had a great experience. The clinical area was clean and I was seen quickly. The practitioner was thorough and I was able to get my meds within 15 min of my appointment. Will come back in the future if I need a quick visit.
The NP I saw at CVS on McKinney and Lemmon was wonderful. She was compassionate, knowledgeable and efficient. I will use the minute clinic again and I hope I get the save practitioner.
