Waited 40 minutes and she said I was missing more forms and she couldn’t see them so she wanted me to wait again while she took another patient that got there 2 minutes ago what a waste of time!
The one nurse working the clinic herself did an amazing job and although she was alone she handled everything and everyone with care and empathy. She spoke to me with kind words and her questions and conversation were comforting and felt as if I personally knew her. She explained the procedure throughly and gave me time to question the after care and what to do next in my journey. Had to go in for titers and vaccines- NP Sarah was quick and great!
Went in for a sick visit and had a great experience. The clinical area was clean and I was seen quickly. The practitioner was thorough and I was able to get my meds within 15 min of my appointment. Will come back in the future if I need a quick visit.
