They dont even deserve the 1 star! My son does not feel well, we booked the appt for 4pm, we got here 10 minutes early and there's 5 people head of us , we've been sitting here in the lobby . How is that possible to have that many people ahead of you if your at your appt on time that you scheduled . Whats the point of making an appt , if your not going to be seen at that time.
