My past two appointments were canceled without warning. If you are 5 minutes late they cancel and don’t even call first. The first appointment was for school vaccinations. They let me make the appointment but when we got there they said they couldn’t do it and that particular location WAS NOT EVEN A MINUTE CLINIC but still let me schedule an appointment as if it was. I made an appointment for the Flu and Covid vaccine. My local CVS did not have the Covid vaccine. So I drove 50 minutes out of my way to receive both vaccines from a different CVS. Turns out the other CVS ran out of the Flu vaccine before I arrived. They did used my vaccine for another patient even though I had an appoint for the said vaccine. Poor business practices!!!
