Went for a TB test with my son. First NP was very nice and introduced herself and asked what we needed. Very informative. Went back for our scheduled follow-up and there was a different NP. She was rude and condescending. We checked in but apparently this time the kiosk somehow didn't register it(so she says). When I asked why we were not being called she told me I had to wait patiently since others were in front of me. She refused to acknowledge my appointment.
