Minute Clinic is a terrible place to go. They charged me $334.32 because my insurance didn’t cover the cost. I called my insurance company, and they informed me that they had no claim. When I returned to Minute Clinic, I was going to request a refund to my card. However, I’ve been waiting for 5 months for the refund, and I’m still waiting. Additionally, if you try to call their number, the virtual agent doesn’t transfer you to a human, and the main number is always unanswered.
Absolutely exceptional PA working there named Alexey Gomez Rodriguez. Parking can be difficult to find but the Minute Clinic itself runs like a Swiss watch. Highly recommend.
