We were 5 minutes late from an accident en route and were told that our appointment that we waited 3 days for was canceled. They insisted that the emails and texts say that we needed to be there 15 minutes in advance, but none of the three confirmations via text nor the two emails say anything about getting there early. I highly don't recommend getting sports physicals or perhaps any scheduled care from this organization. Patients are not put first.
My 12-year-old was sick and we had an appointment for 9:30 in the morning at a different CVS. They abruptly canceled our appointment that day because somebody called in sick. We joined the waitlist at this CVS and we were told to wait 50 minutes. We arrived 15 minutes before that 50 minute period was over and waited in the waiting area. At the time we are supposed to be seen the nurse comes out and tells us we will not be able to be seen that day because they have too many appointments.
