I have been coming here for 1 year. Nurse Becky and Nurse Practitioner Patricia is the best. They are always polite, welcoming and knowledgeable. They really care their patients. They examine you very well and listen you. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.
Appointment was scheduled for 3:40 PM. One patient left right after we checked in & no other patients were here. Vitals were taken in a timely manner, but we still have yet to see the doctor/nurse. Beyond ridiculous to have to wait over an hour & STILL NOT have seen the doctor/nurse as of yet! Definitely NOT a “Minute Clinic!” When I brought my son here over a week ago without an appointment it was just like this. I had hoped by having an appointment it would make a difference. NO DIFFERENCE!!! Don’t come here!
I came in to get shots for my daughter but I ended up asking for a last minute well visit for myself to check if I had strep throat. The practitioners were so warm to us, and didn’t rush us. The experience was wonderful and my daughter didn’t even cry.
I thought they did an excellent job. Everything went along just as it should have.
