I had a great experience. Emma was professional, helpful, and explained the process clearly.
I am completely disappointed with my appointment at the Minute Clinic for Weight Management @ 298 Mulberry street. I was made to believe I was approved for a Wegovy weight medication just to be told minutes later that I wasn't and that I need to pre-authorization. But when I got there at first the nurse asked how was i doing on the medication and I informed him that I never recieved it. I am completely confused and devastated by this. I thought CVS had my best interest at heart. Im very disappointed.
