If I could give them 0 stars, I would. had an appointment at 9:30 and they took two people before they took me had me waiting 45 minutes just to tell me that I couldn’t get my TB test. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
GO TO YOUR PCP. CLINIC VISIT NOT COVERED. Went here recently for a vaccine, and I was told by staff that the visit would be covered by insurance. After the vaccine was administered, I was informed that the total charge was $350. While the vaccine cost itself was expected, there was an additional $150 charge for an APN visit billed as a retail clinic fee, which insurance would cover if it was a real doctors office.
The practitioner was very kind, showing care of my case. She suggested in an easy to understand way the possible solutions. She dedicated the right amount of time without rushing.
