Family Nurse Practicioner, Lauren Levatino, (FNP-C, MS, APRN, MEDSURG-BC) is excellent. She always makes sure to give enough time to go over your medical problem. She always does a thorough exam, which alot of my Medical Doctors treat you like you are on a conveyor belt. I can always count on her to follow up with a call about labs, prescription, and whether treatment is working. CVS minute clinic is a really nice place to visit for vaccinations, medical care, and other things. Had been there for a diabetes HbA1c check. And also for daughters vaccinations. They were very professional and caring. Answers all my questions and gave me enough time to address my concerns. Thank you.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. had an appointment at 9:30 and they took two people before they took me had me waiting 45 minutes just to tell me that I couldn’t get my TB test. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
GO TO YOUR PCP. CLINIC VISIT NOT COVERED. Went here recently for a vaccine, and I was told by staff that the visit would be covered by insurance. After the vaccine was administered, I was informed that the total charge was $350. While the vaccine cost itself was expected, there was an additional $150 charge for an APN visit billed as a retail clinic fee, which insurance would cover if it was a real doctors office.
