I am writing a review to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service I received during a recent visit to this CVS MinuteClinic. I scheduled an online appointment for a health assessment to avoid a long wait just walking in. I arrived 10 minutes early and checked in, but my appointment time passed with no updates regarding the delay. It is not acceptable because I had an appointment at 4:40 p.m., and they should have seen me on time. Instead, someone who walked in was seen before me. I feel they did not respect people with disabilities.
The nurse at Glastonbury cvs minute clinic was well informed, knowledgeable, and caring. Highly recommend! I’ve had some disappointments at cvs minute clinics and this was my first visit to the Glastonbury location and she was great for my 13 year old daughter.
The staffs are so nice
