Great access to safe vaccines without a hassle, filed my insurance, and a great NP. Thankful for CVS providing this service when many (including physician offices) were not.
Availability of new COVID vaccines, on time, friendly and knowledgeable NP
I arrived early for a 9:20 appointment for flu shots for me and my 2 and 5 year olds. We sat in the lobby after checking for 30 minutes when I eventually knocked on an exam room door because I could hear people in there. The doctor came out and said she would get to me soon. We weren’t taken in until 10am, and it took another HOUR for the 3 of us to receive our flu shots. This place is terrible. I went here with active insurance by Cigna but the so call nurse couldn’t find me. So she tells me to open the app which I did and she seen that it was active and in network. After she looked and was locating addresses from 10 years ago I told her I just took my son under my insurance to a minute clinic with no issues. A friend recommended minuteClinic years ago and when I Couldn’t get into a doctor’s office quickly, it became my first experience using MinuteClinic. I’m sold. Pretty easy to get in, they offer lots of different services, very efficient and professional. My experience has always been kindness and taking that extra minute to make sure I feel comfortable before I leave the office. There is a supervising physician if needed but my issues haven’t been complicated.
