Very disappointing experience with this MinuteClinic! The provider sent an incomplete prescription, and my pharmacy informed me that they had contacted the doctor to correct it, since they could not fill the order as written. I waited for about a week, expecting the provider to fix the mistake, but nothing was done. Because of that, I had to make another appointment and return to the clinic, spending extra time, money, and effort. The issue was finally resolved only after I filed a formal complaint.
