I went in to Minute Clinic for a toe infection. The Nurse who examined me was very kind. However, the Internet wasn't working and she couldn't "get into the system" to verify the correct medication. She even called two other offices who were experiencing the same issue. She took a guess and told me go to the pharmacy. To top it off, the pharmacist wouldn't give me the medicine without direct word from my insurance or the nurse who ordered it. Claims to be a walk in clinic but then was told that because I’m in the “queue” that they would try to fit me in aka there’s no guarantee. When I arrived there were 3 people ahead of me. I told the practitioner I would wait another hour (waited a total of 1.5 hours). I arrived 1 hour after the clinic opened. I understand I am a walk in and didn’t have an appointment.
