Get directionsI paid for two appointments concerning a TB test. One was to administer the test. The other was to read the results. I came back because I needed to get a particular paper signed saying I passed for work. Kim Grace tried to charge me $27 to sign a piece of paper. She made me an appointment without my consent. All I needed was a paper signed. Totally sadden and disappointed by my treatment today and I will not be back.
Saw NP Belen Bekele after potential head trauma. Appointment started ~15min late, Bekele did not actually assess head trauma (eg by executing the Glasgow coma scale) or providing other assurance, just a blood pressure test, and referred me to a hospital. Then CVS issued a $600 bill (a little more than half covered by my insurance), for worthless clinical practice.
