I’ve been to this clinic multiple times and have always had a positive experience. I’ve seen both NP Yingxu Xie and NP Susan Chen, and they were each very knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. They take the time to answer any questions and make sure you feel comfortable during your visit. The clinic is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff are consistently kind and welcoming.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Xie at the CVS MinuteClinic today. I came in for a pregnancy test and was feeling quite anxious and inexperienced, but Dr. Xie was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. She took the time to carefully explain everything, answered all of my questions thoughtfully, and offered very helpful lifestyle guidance. The practitioner never showed up at the location for my appointment on Nov 30, 2025. The CVS staff had no contact info to find out why they didn't show up. The 1-800 number we were told to call for the MinuteClinic said only the local managers would have that info. All of us gave up waiting and had to make appointments at other locations much later in the day so MinuteClinic simply cancelled our original appointments.
