Went in to get a quick blood test, and scheduled ahead online. Had to wait 1 hour despite scheduling ahead. Gave my insurance to them both online and in person, but they still charged everything directly to me instead of through my insurance. Still awaiting refund after re-billing through insurance, and calling their billing support line leads to an ai that doesn't give any assistance and will not forward to an actual customer rep
I always go to Minute Clinic for immediate care and immunizations. The provider, Sarah, always does a great job!

Very poor DISGUSTING DISGUSTING, DONOT go this walk-in it’s a TRAP, I had insurance and for a single vitamins injection they charged around $300 and I paid on spot 25 which was my co pay and only 40 cent was remaining I believe , they didnot mailed or called or intimated for that 40 cent instead without my knowledge they sent that 40 cent into COLLECTION can u imagine for now such a Meg er amount my credit score will be impacted and the nurse SARAH JULIUS; DNP , she could have mentioned I mean they take all the info of patie... read more
