Checked in online, waited for two hours to be told they're not taking walk-ins. Mind you, someone else before me got called back from a walk in while I was there.
I was exactly 10 minutes late to a minute clinic appointment and they refused to see me even though I’m freshly postpartum and tried the best I could to get there on time (I also live 30 minutes away) all I needed was eyedrops for pink eye
Very rude to my wife and would not see our sick child because she was late. Even though I spoke to the on the phone to let them know she was running late and they said it would be ok. It even says walk ins allowed. Stop being rude, start being empathetic and professional.
Excellent. Be sure to make an appointment however to avoid waiting. The CVS minute clinic is clean and well-organized. Wait time for drop in is much shorter than at an urgent care clinic Physician’s Treatment in our area.
When they accept the VA insurance it makes it so much easier for us veterans to be seen locally instead of driving to Salem or Farmville.
