Came here (during rush hour) from Pottstown to get a required vaccine for my teen son, just for the Nurse Practitioner to tell me that they didn't accept my insurance. Made an appointment and I even filled everything out online ahead of time, with no issues. They could have least given me a phone call to let me know before I made the drive. And I overheard one of the clinicians bring rude to a lady about her not making an appointment. Funny because that lady left 2 minutes after I did. Never again.

3 members of my family are sick due to bad cold, and we went to CVS Pharmacy at 55 Park ave. Collegeville PA to get help and the nurses prescribe the proper medication they care about us, and we got the proper test, definitely I will back when I need it
