We've done our sports physicals here for years. Always paid at time of service. She was having trouble with card system, and so we paid in cash. Now I have a bill. Asked they looked into the account or transactions, but they won't do anything at all to assist. Expecting me to pay for something we already paid for? Won't be back.
I love the Minute Clinic at CVS. Nice waiting area though I didn’t have to wait. The nurse is lovely and puts you right at ease. The best place to get a vaccination
The nurse and nurse practitioner were extremely calm, up beat and courteous in a very busy setting. I got flu and Covid vaccinations.
I recently went to CVS Minute Clinic for my COVID vaccine and the Practitioner was very professional, knowledgeable, & I didn't feel the injection!
I haven't been there yet but I'm sure they know what they're doing
