On 8/1/2025 I called the CVS Minute Clinic customer service line to ask cost of visit. The agent quoted me a range from $101 - $163 depending on procedures performed. I drove to this location, waited and the provider (Emily) stated the fee would begin at $150 without any procedure being performed. I told her what I was quoted and she still said the cost just to see her would start at $150.00. I checked the prices of CVS Minute Clinic online and none of the physicals started at $150.00. I was provided with quality services, everything was explained in advance, doctor was polite and patient.
I was so pleased with the care provided!
My experience with the actual Dr. Was fine, but they didn't bill my insurance and instead of using my health spending card I provided to the Dr. And told her to use if I had any out of pocket expenses, she billed my debit card that I specifically told her not to use. I called minute clinic customer support to let them know i didn't authorize this and they offered zero help and said they have no staff that can reverse charge.
