Joanna Fay NP is excellent, she was very empathetic and present during my visit. She is a caring and understanding NP and I got all the help I needed. I highly recommend making an *appointment* ☺️

Update: I called the number supplied by the store manager, but the customer service rep will not speak to me because my daughter is 18. So, this drawn-out saga continues. I have had serious billing issues with CVS Minute Clinic in Granger, with Joanna Fay and Sandra Lee. My daughter, a college freshman, visited in January for a skin test for tuberculosis so that she could be cleared to visit an elderly care home in the Notre Dame area. To date, I have been billed $36, which I promptly paid. I have now been paid an "extra" $50, in addition to initial claims of $70.46 and $42. This, for a total visit time of 10 minutes.
