Be careful with the online appointment system and check in system. I booked an appointment online, filled out all the paperwork, and ended up waiting the better part of two hours to be seen. I was told there was a glitch in the system which was not a comfort at all. My advice is to just walk in — what's the point of making an appointment if they aren't going to honor it?
exceptional care and attention at Minute clinic
The clinic was very clean & the nurse practitioner very patient and helpful.
I would give zero stars if I can. Sarah Hussein, NP welcomed us chewing a gum loudly. The room was super hot. She did strept test twice because she thought it’d be easier if my daughter tested positive! She did Covid test. All came negative. So she advised me to take my daughter to northwestern or Northshore because they have “doctors” there and have more advanced devices!!!!
