Calling is a waste of time. The automated service is useless. If you just show up, you may get help, or no one will be there to help you.
Be careful with the online appointment system and check in system. I booked an appointment online, filled out all the paperwork, and ended up waiting the better part of two hours to be seen. I was told there was a glitch in the system which was not a comfort at all. My advice is to just walk in — what's the point of making an appointment if they aren't going to honor it?
