One star. I had a terrible experience at the MinuteClinic in Chandler. The nurse practitioner was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and I wasn’t properly diagnosed. I had a skin irritation on my face, and she gave me a steroid cream that, as I later found out, should never be used on the face. After that visit, I went to another MinuteClinic in Tempe, and they confirmed that the cream was completely inappropriate and unsafe. The NP was very nice and care. The waiting time was reasonable. It's a nice and clean clinic.
Walked in and was told, “Most likely we won’t be able to see you, but you can wait in case someone doesn’t show.” Fair enough — I decided to wait. A no-show happens, and instead of calling me, she asks why I’m even waiting and tells me again they’re not going to see me. Meanwhile, I had time to pick up medicine and still didn’t see a single person go back.
