I don’t have a PCP so I thought this would be good place to get my shots and physical done. I thought wrong. First of all their website is a nightmare. The staff seemed nice enough I suppose. Unfortunately that’s where the compliments end. The one concern I had about my physical health was unable to be addressed by the provider. After waiting 2 hours for a walk-in appointment, arriving before open, the NP checked in with me and said I may or may not be seen because they had a very busy morning. They indeed had a nonstop flow of patients, as I saw. 10 minutes later, I was called back to an exam room and the service was friendly, quick, and informative. It doesn’t matter what the website says walk-ins aren’t welcome. I needed a physical done for college and on the website it said no times available but walk-ins are welcome. I had someone come watch my baby for me, got in my car, & drove all the way up to the clinic just for them to not accept walk-ins. If I could do zero stars I would. Fix your website and stop waisting my time!
Katie and JJ were FANTASTIC ! Had to get a TB test and they were so friendly. Highly recommend this location.
