We love Minute Clinic because it's convenient, pretty close to our house and most of the time we can get the same day appointment. We love our NP Maryann Newell who is such a nice human being. She is kind, patient and understanding and doesn't rush you. She explains everything to us and my kids like her a lot.
Visited for the flu shot at the pharmacy area, not the minute clinic. I had a recent name change so there was some confusion with my sign in name and what was showing up at the pharmacy sign in screen for the CVS team. Instead of trying to help, I heard them discussing and cancelling my appointment, rudely. Thankfully one of the pharmacists (I believe by the name of Jennifer) helped me get one anyway after waiting for over an hour.
