Horrible experience. The lack of transparency in the costs associated with care is asinine. CVS Minute Clinic does not consider the emotional wellbeing of potential patients. I will not be patronizing this company ever again.
I had a Friday 10 AM apt for a 2nd vaxx dose. It was on the books for 3 months. CVS sent several apt reminders (emails/text) leading up to the apt. I even a pre-registration request right before my scheduled time. The place was empty when I arrived. They had multiple signs with their regular hours showing CLOSED on Fridays. I called the 800 number and the corporate line said they don't know anything about what the locations do. So the headquarters doesn't manage the locations.
