Horrible experience. The lack of transparency in the costs associated with care is asinine. CVS Minute Clinic does not consider the emotional wellbeing of potential patients. I will not be patronizing this company ever again.
I had a Friday 10 AM apt for a 2nd vaxx dose. It was on the books for 3 months. CVS sent several apt reminders (emails/text) leading up to the apt. I even a pre-registration request right before my scheduled time. The place was empty when I arrived. They had multiple signs with their regular hours showing CLOSED on Fridays. I called the 800 number and the corporate line said they don't know anything about what the locations do. So the headquarters doesn't manage the locations. Minute clinic is terrible, never answer the phone . Canceled my appointment and I was waiting for 15 minutes and they only give you 15 minutes to be checked in
It's terrible place they don't know how to treat patients, they have very poor communication. They only know how to charge for the consultation but they don't really help you at all.
I had a great experience. The nurse practitioner was very nice and informative. I would definitely go back.
