The LPN was awesome, however her superior was horrible and gave incorrect information. I had to go online and show her how she was incorrect. She was also horrible to the LPN because she ask questions about my visit. Had a nasty attitude with a disgusting way of communicating. Very unprofessional. This is not a place to go if you want proper care.
I have been using MinuteClinic for ongoing weight loss treatment, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. Appointments are scheduled for a specific time, but in reality the wait is often much longer, which shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. The biggest issue is the quality of care. On multiple occasions, the practitioner submitted incorrect prescriptions to the pharmacy. These errors caused delays in my treatment and required repeated follow-ups.
