Hi. I've never had problems with Minute Clinic, but today was the exception. I had a 7:00 p.m. appointment for a tine test. I made it earlier in the afternoon. I received a tm confirming that appointment, and, in fact, the message said that I would be charged if I did not show up. I replied Y to indicate I would be keeping the appointment. Drove all the way from home and was turned away 25mins before closing. A message on the website is helpful and kind. ESPECIALLY when you don't feel well. At least be curteous
I had an appointment set for 5:40PM. They had me sitting there until 6:50PM, when the employee comes to tell me that what I booked for would take 40 minutes and they didn’t have the time to do it today. That would’ve been nice to know while I was sitting there for nothing for over an hour. They wasted my time with basically no communication and then just go “oh well”. I would never book anything here.
I received two routine vaccinations last fall. I have insurance, but Minute Clinic billed me later for 600 claiming that the provider was out of network??? How and why wasn't I informed of that at the time of service. Turns out it was an incorrect filing of the claim. My insurance company tried on my behalf multiple times over a 60 day period to work with Minute Clinic to have the claim submitted correctly.
