I received two routine vaccinations last fall. I have insurance, but Minute Clinic billed me later for 600 claiming that the provider was out of network??? How and why wasn't I informed of that at the time of service. Turns out it was an incorrect filing of the claim. My insurance company tried on my behalf multiple times over a 60 day period to work with Minute Clinic to have the claim submitted correctly. This is probably one of the best urgent care centers my family and I have visited. The staff is always polite, respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. They also offer a wide range of rapid tests, which is very convenient when you need answers quickly. After having disappointing experiences with other urgent care centers in the area, we truly appreciate the quality of care and service we have received here. I highly recommend this urgent care center to anyone looking for professional, efficient, and compassionate care.
