My experience at the Springfield Minute Clinic was excellent! The practitioner was very competent and courteous. I would definitely return to her.
Took my husband to get a one time refill of diabetes medication. Minute Clinic agree to send the refill to the CVS in Aston. I go to Aston.They don’t have the refill, they can’t talk to Minute Clinic in Springfield. Call Minute Clinic, they can’t look at my husbands chart so he has to call. So this “clinic” doesn’t check to see that they sent out the refills they agreed on. What else do you think they screw up? Don’t go here! Go to Urgent Care instead.

Sandra is an excellent medical professional- unlike most she is thorough and very caring which we all know is rare… wait times are long-ish but if you make an appointment versus walk in it’s not bad at all.
