I got an appointment at this Minute Clinic on Baltimore Pike in Springfield, Delco, the same day i first had symptoms. Ashley was the practitioner, and she gave a comprehensive exam of vitals, listened to heart and lungs and then examined my eyes (source of my complaint). Very thorough, pleasant throughout. She diagnosed immediately, prescribed antibiotics which were filled at CVS immediately, and one day later my symptoms have all but vanished. I cannot compliment Ashley strongly enough! The nurse practitioners are nice, but LITERALLY what is the point of making an appointment here because i have never been seen at the time i scheduled. Not once. Each time i’ve made an appointment, i’ve had to wait an hour or more because two or more walk in patients were seen before me. I’m actively sitting here writing this while waiting for my 10:40 appointment to start (it’s 11:25), which probably won’t be for another 30 minutes at least because the practitioner said there’s two patients ahead of me again.
