apparently putting yourself on the wait list online will put you at the end of the line even though you get an email to head to the clinic ready to be seen. Waited an hour then almost wasn't seen for another hour for lunch break until i spoke up with the assistant manager nurse who saw me. Sadly she had to give up half of her lunch. Their system will put people who signed in on the kiosk first before you.
I had a test done for work, and they were supposed to fill out a form for my job. They never filled out the form, and there's no way to contact them directly. It's been almost 4 months with no follow up.
