Very Rude! Came in with a sore throat saying I think I have strep throat. I had a test on Tuesday that was negative but I think it was wrong. I think I have strep throat. Did they test me for strep? Nope. Did they even look at my throat? Nope. Just very rudely told me the only thing they can give me is lidocaine and didn’t want to be inconvenienced by sending it to my local pharmacy. Waste of time and money. Will not be back
The lady that was running the clinic on 12/06/25 was just awful. She arrived 10 minutes after opening and didn't see the first patient until about 30 minutes after opening. I was sick with strep and waited 2.5 hours just for her to rudely tell me she wasn't going to see me today. There was no one else waiting and the last person left 10 minutes prior. Tried to walk in Saturday, check in machine was broken so i couldn’t check myself in as a walk in. Nor was anyone available to to talk to. Made an appointment for Sunday. I did arrive about 7 minutes late. No one was in the waiting room and i was told i have to reschedule because of how late i was. I’ve been to a minute clinic before and had to wait longer than 30 min after my appointment. But a handful of minutes the other way, they’ll just turn you away. I work in healthcare. Nurse was incredibly rude when I asked for a cough suppressant when I had the flu. From hearing from other patients in the waiting area, she was also rude to them. Go anywhere else.
