The nurse practitioner was FANTASTIC! Caring, compassionate, efficient and SMART! Did an excellent History & Physical exam and arrived at a correct diagnosis, later confirmed by x-ray at a higher level facility to which she referred us because of severity of the illness.
Carol could not take care of my problem, though she tried, she felt I needed to be seen by a doctor. Carol arranged it. All the time she was friendly and made me feel comfortable.
